With over 25 years experience as a licensed architect, I have worked with numerous clients from startups to major Tech and Bio-pharma to help the owner define project goals and represent the owner's interests to get the most value for investment. Initiating Feasibility Studies identifying "Conditions for Success" early in a project facilitates the process and leads to expedient solutions. 

As a certified PMP, I've lead multidisciplinary teams to define program. We work with key stakeholders to assure a comprehensive, integrated solution - engaging all parties to make sure that projects move forward with a common vision to meet the client's scope, budget and schedule goals. Integrating internal clients such as EHS, AV, IT and security as well as external design engineers leads to a holistic project outcome.

 My extensive experience spans various project types, from ground-up developments to tenant improvements and infrastructure upgrades. Leveraging my architectural expertise, I ensure seamless project delivery by coordinating all aspects effectively. By collaborating closely with general contractors (GCs) and subcontractors, I achieve buildable solutions for complex programs. The result? Construction execution that consistently meets both schedule and budget goals.
